"AJIB officer is only spread in strategic locations or those who need licensing," expressed Head of Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BTSP), Edi Junaedi, Wednesday (1/27).

He explains fast response is given only about 30 minutes. Hence, the officer should be close to the strategic location, which is quite dense activities.

"Around Jalan Sudirman for instance, they placed in SCBD. When there is request, they will serve locals," he explained.

To get service, locals only contact counter service at 164. After that, the officer will come to serve you.
